UNLOCKING VIETNAM’S SECURITY CAPABILITIES

In a world where technology and security challenges are constantly evolving, a modern security industry must not only be strong enough to protect, but also remain open to learning, innovation, and mastering new technologies.

This spirit is embodied in the Key Visual of VN-SECURITY’ 2026, featuring a padlock in the shape of a shield, highlighted by a five-pointed star at its center. It symbolizes the strong foundation, protective capabilities, and proactive spirit of Vietnam’s security industry.

Surrounding the padlock are eight essential technology sectors in the security field, representing technological capabilities that converge, connect, and complement one another to form a comprehensive security ecosystem. Through these connections, the “lock” is opened, unlocking access to knowledge, technology, collaboration, and new opportunities for development.

Notably, the shackle, the only moving component of the padlock, is shown in an open position, expressing a readiness to embrace knowledge, advanced technologies, and new innovations from both Vietnam and around the world. This represents openness with purpose: learning to strengthen capabilities, collaborating to drive innovation, and integrating to move toward technological self-reliance.

The Key Visual therefore tells not only a story of protection, but also reflects a new development mindset for Vietnam’s security industry: strong yet not closed, proactive yet not isolated, globally integrated yet committed to achieving self-reliance.

Through VN-SECURITY’ 2026, the exhibition aims to create a platform for connection and in-depth dialogue, where government agencies, businesses, research institutes, training organizations, and international partners can explore emerging technology trends, share practical expertise, promote technology transfer, and identify new opportunities for cooperation.

Building on the connections and value created at the exhibition, VN-SECURITY’ 2026 aims to contribute to the development of a modern, self-reliant, dual-use, and internationally integrated security industry ecosystem in Vietnam, responding to the increasingly demanding requirements of national security protection in the digital era.
