OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCING THE THEME OF VN-SECURITY’ 2026

Vietnam’s security industry is entering a new phase of development, where technological capabilities, self-reliance, and ecosystem strength are becoming increasingly important factors in proactively meeting national security requirements in the digital era. The rapid pace of technological advancement, together with increasingly diverse and complex real-world demands, is creating a growing need to strengthen research and application capabilities, master key technologies, and expand cooperation across the security industry.

In line with this development direction, VN-SECURITY’ 2026 officially announces this year’s exhibition theme: “Initialization: Autonomous - Dual-use - Modern.”

The theme reflects a vision for a security industry capable of mastering technology, effectively leveraging the practical value of products and solutions, and proactively keeping pace with emerging technological trends to meet real-world requirements. “Initialization” is placed at the center of the theme, representing the spirit of starting from the essential foundations needed to build new capabilities. Within this framework, technological self-reliance serves as the foundation, dual-use capabilities expand the practical value of technologies and solutions, while modernization enables the industry to embrace solutions suited to a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

This theme will also serve as a guiding principle throughout VN-SECURITY’ 2026. The exhibition will provide a platform for government authorities, businesses, research institutes, training organizations, and domestic and international partners to meet, exchange knowledge, showcase capabilities, and expand cooperation.
